Should i or shouldn't i?
Tapi rasanya lebih pada should kot.. hehe.. Actually kami dh beli rumah kat Chemor dah. A semi-D house but because it is far from UTP and i have to drive around 1 hour everyday is soooo tiring... (gedik kan). Padahal dulu duduk KL boleh je drive 2 jam dengan traffic lagi.. huhu..
Hmm, I think this is strategic place since it is in batu gajah. Located in between Meru and UTP. My husband he works at Meru. So if i buy a house around sri iskandar which is nearer to UTP, tapi jauh pulak dengan my husband punya office kan.. lagi satu, sri iskandar mahallll kot rumah dia.. semi D pun dah dalam 400k ke 500k.. So macam mana? Lagi pun, rasanya tak rugi kan beli rumah? A semi-D house with rm260k i think it's okay kot.. Sebab my friend pun, he bought a house in Klebang, semi-D house jugak in year 2012 pun around that harga jugak.. but i got that in year 2016 kot?? boleh buat as investment i think.. so what say you?
